We created this bad boy to go with our pork belly cooked over live fire, we use english mustard as a binder and a cheeky cider as a mist whilst cooking  (make sure to sample a glass of the cider before use to check it is infact cider!)

 

Once opened, use within 2 week, store in a cool dry place.
